A facial experience designed around your skin — every time. Each treatment is thoughtfully designed to support your skin's needs while honoring your investment. Enhancements are included in the facials, no extra fees. They are selected by your esthetician based on your skin's needs. A 20-minute gentle maintenance focused on hydration, exfoliation, and skin comfort. This will not include modalities.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.

6. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18. By using our services you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor consenting to their use of our services.

7. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

As a Colorado resident you have the right to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising or profiling. To exercise these rights email us at hello@reposeesthetics.com or submit a data subject access request.

8. FINANCIAL INCENTIVES

We may offer promotional discounts in exchange for your email address. Participation is entirely voluntary. You may withdraw at any time by emailing hello@reposeesthetics.com.

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using reposeesthetics.com you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree please do not use this website.

2. SERVICES

Repose Esthetics LLC provides professional esthetics services including but not limited to facial treatments, body treatments, waxing, and advanced skincare services. All services are performed by a licensed esthetician in the state of Colorado. Appointments are booked through GlossGenius. By booking you also agree to GlossGenius terms of service.

3. RETAINER & CANCELLATION POLICY

A retainer is required at the time of booking. Retainers are non-refundable and applied toward the cost of your service.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Your retainer may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given within this window.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of the retainer and a 50% cancellation fee on the remaining balance.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment at the provider's discretion.
Package deals and prepaid sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled. Packages expire 8 months from purchase and are non-transferable.
Membership fees are non-refundable once charged for that billing cycle.
In the event of a provider emergency, appointments will be rescheduled at no penalty and retainers carried forward.
Refunds are not issued for completed services. Please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment with any concerns.

4. HEALTH & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, medications, or recent procedures prior to your appointment.
Repose Esthetics LLC reserves the right to modify, adjust, or decline a service if contraindicated for your health or safety.
Results from esthetic treatments vary by individual. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
Esthetic services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Clients who are pregnant, undergoing medical treatment, or have specific skin conditions are encouraged to consult their physician prior to booking.
Per Colorado state regulations, clients currently using Retin-A, Renova, isotretinoin (Accutane), or similar medications, or who have undergone recent facial plastic or reconstructive surgery, may not be eligible for certain treatments including chemical resurfacing or microdermabrasion. Please disclose all current medications and recent procedures at the time of booking.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website including the Repose Esthetics name, logo, service descriptions, photography, and written content is the property of Repose Esthetics LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without express written permission.

6. WEBSITE DISCLAIMER

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. Repose Esthetics LLC reserves the right to modify pricing, services, and policies at any time without prior notice.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repose Esthetics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
